Ravinia never lets me down. Efficient, knowledgeable, not over-priced. They have trustworthy system of quoting the same price per service for every customer. No "freewheeling" by technicians or apparently any incentive for them to try to do that. For all the years I've used them (about 15) no Ravinia technician has ever tried to sell me products or services I wondered if I actually needed. In other words, Ravinia's system and people are aimed at ensuring that no customer's lack of know-how is taken advantage of.
