Our repair person was great! He fixed our problem on an after hours holiday weekend call. He was able to restart our hot water heater and explained the problem and showed me how to restart it in the future if the problem recurs. He was very courteous and prompt. I would definitely recommend him!
I had my A/C tuneup. I actually had an appointment earlier than expected due to a cancellation. The service person had been here the 3 previous years which I like for familiarity. He was kind, patient and did a thorough job.
Chris came out promptly, worked efficiently, and solved our problem the first time. He also took the time to help me understand what was going on and how to prevent this problem in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
