Zeke came to service our furnaces and our humidifiers. he was great - he was quick, professional, friendly and informative. he went through the issues he found and showed me the video. looking forward to working with Ravannia again in the future!
Don told us all what he was doing every step of the way. He did a thorough diagnostic which actually fixed the problem with the furnace not turning on. He went to extra lengths to explain everything. Also ordered the part we may need in future. Great guy!
