They open too late in the season, you are forced to place your order in line and pay the additional fee for tickets. One time I made to the box office( it was before the official opening date) and there were people inside but nobody was kind enough to open the door/window to talk to me.
Very pleased with buying our tickets day of concert! The girls in the Ticket Booth were very helpful and professional. Was Chicago Symphony Orchestra that evening! How can one go wrong!!!
