Ravinia can get a little busy with all the concerts that are performed there, but overall, it's a very nice outdoor experience.
They open too late in the season, you are forced to place your order in line and pay the additional fee for tickets. One time I made to the box office( it was before the official opening date) and there were people inside but nobody was kind enough to open the door/window to talk to me.
