Research your product costs before you purchase frames from these people! I have been a long time customer that naively thought this company was fair. I happened to look up the retail cost from the manufacturer for a frame I bought through them and it appears as though Ravine charged me $219 for a frame that retails for $32. My out of pocket cost after my vision health insurance benefits was still 2.5 times the frame cost! Called to make an appointment because my sunscreen card expired. Had a stroke in 2012 and am sensitive to light. Well the receptionist accused me of lying soooooo I’m forced to go all the way to my original doctor in Westfield. Who lies about having a stroke? Pretty bad customer service IMO....

Had what is hopefully my last eye surgery last month~and I can see pretty darn good! I am forever grateful and thankful to my surgeons at Columbia~ Dr. Moazami, Dr. Chang, & Dr. Cotliar! Such caring, amazing individuals who have stuck with me since 2012! Thank you to Dr. Shelly Ravine at Ravine Eye Center in Wall..the only optometrist in this area who agreed to replace just my left eyeglass lens as needed through out this five year process. Another "truly decent Dr. and person! There are good people in this world!
