These are nice homes. I worked with Cody in the sales department and he was great. Less than a year after purchasing, however, we had water coming in through the wall into the basement. Since it's new construction, I began the process of making a warranty claim. I worked with Darra, who talked down to me, and seemed to want to avoid having to honor the warranty. Nicolle the sales associate for this location was such a joy to work with. A true professional and consistent communicator. She made my job as the Realtor so easy. She often sent emails with photo's and updates on the progress of the home, helping my clients to feel engaged and excited while waiting for closing day! A great team all around!
