KALAMAZOO'S BEST HIDDEN SECRET I am not yet a resident of Ravine Apartments. But I have so far had a wonderful experience working with this complex. The apartments are wonderful. With the new renovations made it makes the apartments even better. The staff is friendly and always on site. Apartments are spacious, and the neighbors look friendly. Kids are welcome to this community. And everyone is very friendly.
Resident Tenant When looking for an apartment, my husband and I looked all over and were very dismayed over the small sizes. That was, until we saw Ravine Apts. We could not believe how large the rooms were and how much storage was provided! On top of that, the heat was included!!! The resident managers are great and the upkeep of the grounds and snow plowing (especially) was the best we had seen. Very nice community with pool, close schools, walking & biking (Kal-Haven Trails).
