Had a minor skin cancer surgery appointment for 1:30. I was early, and waiting by 1:09, Dr. Kiran finally walks in at 1:33 and tells me to reschedule because I was late…not HIM, but ME. No ‘sorry’ no ‘hello’ no courtesy or kindness. When I said I’m not late, he just said, “Yes, you are late, we have to reschedule now”. Then he just walked away. Totally rude, totally unprofessional.
