They provided a wheelchair for my husband and were very kind.
Dr. Ramaswami (or Dr. Ravi, as he suggested we call him) has been very responsive, and made himself available for a telehealth video chat in which I discussed some health concerns. Then he ordered some tests, and after each one provided same-day interpretation comments in my MyChart account that I could immediately access with the app. He was understanding, professional, and friendly.
He listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. He is knowledgeable and caring and very timely in getting back to you!
It was the worst experience I have ever had during an annual physical. He was completely unprepared, did not look at my chart, I had to ask every question about my blood test results and follow-up from my last physical. He listened to my chest, checked my knee reflexes, my ears and throat - that was it. He was completely uninterested, he should have retired after his last job in NY.
Dr. Ramaswami is very kind and was very happy to answer all of the questions that I had (and always do have). It is sometimes scary to see a new doctor for the first time, but I am very happy that he will be my new primary physician and I am 100% confident in the care that he provides.

I've been with the practice for over 12 years. Everyone is so wonderful, an I couldn't find a better doctor. He's truly a family dr. He takes an intrest in every patient. If your new to the area, or looking for a good family doctor, this is the place to be. The staff & everyone that works there is friendly & very accommodating.

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable
