Awesome staff and very informative help any they can!!!!
Dr. Patel came into the room very prepared. It seemed to take him little time to go over my report and images from my MRI and x-rays, the x-rays of which had just been taken. He showed me a replica of an actual area of spine related to my problem, pointing out my problem visually. He took his time to explain in detail what could be done for me with pros and cons to each solution. He listened and answered my questions giving me time to decide what option I would consider. Came in for a second opinion because I was injured at work and doctors before weren’t giving me any real answers about my symptoms and pain. At first he made it seem he really wanted to help me, but at the end I never got an explanation as to why I was feeling those symptoms after my injury, symptoms I never had before. At the end he was just another doctor working with worker’s compensation. Then he ordered all this medication that I never spoke to him about nor did I authorize for it.
