This appointment was not good and never saw my doctor. Appointment time was 9:30 a.m. I was in exam room at 9:31 a.m. At 10:25 a.m. after zero communication from ANYONE, I left. No idea why he was running minutes within an hour behind and I had other commitments to make. Staff acted "surprised" when I walked out. No apologies; no reason provided for lateness; and wasn't even asked if I wanted to reschedule. Horrible.
The office staff is friendly and made us feel welcome. The wait to be seen by our Doctor wasn’t very long. The exam by the Dr. was thorough and he explained everything he found clearly. We had a very good conversation about my condition and concerns. I left fully confident in Dr. Avati and his treatment plan.
