Do to lack of taking time with patients and paying attention to labs and further testing I am now facing Stage 4 cancer !!!
I've never been, but after 10 minutes being sent back & forth from the Worcester office to Milford, and still no help, I'm disgusted. If I can't even get directions on the phone, I definitely wouldn't send a patient there. A sad first experience that will definitely be my last.
It’s pretty low level care.. You get meds that don’t work and takes a miracle to see your own Dr. don’t recommend. They also own redi med which has virtual so if you have issues don’t expect not to be farmed out to an urgent care. Pulled muscle bad - 7 muscle relaxers and naproxen that does nothing . $45.00 for 5 min.You see Nps and Pa 99% of time in all Reliants. Limited education. I have been having difficulties communicating with Dr.Menon. I have specifically asked for him to call me regarding my back pain issues and lower abdomen issues but he sends nurses to call and confirm. I have sent messages using mychart addressing these issues and had no response. I called to advise I'm running late and the receptionist advised I have a 15 min window.they had already sent a message to the receptionist stating they have canceled my appt at 11:49am which is less than the 15 mins.
