Very helpful explained everything in easy to understand language.
I absolutely would recommend him and his office personnel. The office personnel are always courteous and friendly. Dr. Mani listens and follow ups with information. He is very concerned about his patients well being.
I would never ever recommend this clinic. They processed the procedure that never informed to me and they charged it to me. I just found out after I received a bill. I called the office several times to fix this problem but they do not take any further actions.
I just want to say that never in my life have I had to deal with such idiots in a professional setting. The office staff is not only terrible but they have no sense of urgency for anything. I have called so many times I have them on speed dial not that it matters because his assistant Marissa does not ever get back to you until 3 days later. I don`r know what I`m paying him for. I have made all the calls to the necessary to the pharmacy . insurance company, etc with NO help and I do mean NO help
Unethical billing practices. Making non-emergency decisions during testing while patient is under anesthesia without seeking permission from family member. This changed the billing and more than doubled the out of pocket expense. Procedure was agreed to based on office communication. Follow up errors in billing caused further problems. Would not recommend this office or facility to anyone.
The Dr got me in quickly and understood the severity of my situation. He answered questions and got me to the next medical professional for treatment.
