Great provider. What I don’t understand about them is they will call after 5 and tell you to call them back BUT you get an answering service that tells you to call the next day. Why leave a message at 505 after hours. and the answering service lady is beyond rude and tells you to make time to call while I’m at work. Mind you I tried this morning and was on hold my entire lunch.
Being sick isn't fun but they sure do try to help. I've bounced around different mental health service providers over the years and my favorite is PCHC. I feel like they are more professional. They take care of my physical and mental health. The run tests on me sometimes and the tests are very accurate. They used to refer me to acadia for the mental health stuff but that didn't work out too good. I like texting them through the patient portal. I love PCHC and having them as an option for my care.
