I was a patient of dr Ravi Bhalla for over a year after an infusion that I did not think I needed i had a terrible reaction and my palms and plants of my feet had blisters, pain and itching, when I called his office to see him urgently I was told to go to primary care because he wanted to rule out shingles. He never saw me again and I have now suffered with this for months and after seeing several doctors I am still gravely ill and Ravi Bhalla shined for his ignorance, for his poor bedside manner and all for his mistakes. The doctor is caring and the office is clean and nice. However, if you call and leave a message for the nurse practitioner, in DESPARATE NEED of medicine, they don’t call back. One time, my Mom had to drive to their office to get them to respond. Someone doesn’t take call backs to patients in need seriously! The answering service said we would get a call back but it has yet to happen between yesterday and today.
Great attention to detail, answers all your questions, responds to phone call quickly. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and willing to help.
