The doctor is caring and the office is clean and nice. However, if you call and leave a message for the nurse practitioner, in DESPARATE NEED of medicine, they don’t call back. One time, my Mom had to drive to their office to get them to respond. Someone doesn’t take call backs to patients in need seriously! The answering service said we would get a call back but it has yet to happen between yesterday and today.
Great attention to detail, answers all your questions, responds to phone call quickly. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and willing to help.
I have been going to dr Bhalla’s office since 2005 and I have always been respected and received professional service. The dr is straight and to the point. He answers all of my questions. I would recommend his office to anyone that needs a good rheumatologist.
