This is the second time I've gone there with a scheduled appointment and no dentist was there! Wasted trip, wasted gas, wasted time. And worst of all is now I have to schedule a new appointment with a new dentist, and it's gonna take months to get seen. Never go here! Priority is not on patients. It's definitely on their own vacation time. Given only 1 phone attempt to cancel appt. (But they did NOT leave a voicemail saying the appointment was canceled nor receive any text or postcard). Horrible...went for a simple tooth extraction and he was clumsy, in a hurry and rough...knocking off a crown next to the bad tooth. He put some adhesive on it and said it would be fine. The crown fell off before I made it home from his office. He refused to pay for its repair. HORRIBLE practice
The worst dentist you could possibly ever see. Do NOT I repeat Do Not go here. I had two small cavities that he drilled so far out that they both became root canals within weeks. He destroyed my bite. Had an excuse every time I went there. I was in pain after both cavities were filled. I went to him 10 times for 2 teeth. 10 TIMES. I spent thousands of dollars. I was a new patient but am looking for another dentist because I wasn't even seen by Dr. Balu. My appointment was for 1:30 but I was told to arrive at 1:00 to fill out paperwork. I did but ended up waiting till it was almost 2 with no sign of the doctor.. There was no explanation or apology. I decided to leave. As I read the reviews, I think it was in my best interest. My time is as valuable as anyone else's.
I went to this Dentist and I had previously had a root canal which was fine and didnt need any attention. He convinced me since its a root canal that it could crack while biting down since a root canal is a dead tooth. So, he asked if id like to get a crown for $500 I agreed he filed my tooth down chipped my other tooth in doing so. Went on to install the WORST temporary crown ive ever seen it was crooked and CHIPPED i had to go on a vacation looking like this!! Mind you this was in the FRONT of my mouth!
