We dropped our truck off just hours after we called. (We should have taken this as a head's up that they were able to get us in right away.) Our truck was stuck in low gear. They told us it needed a rebuilt transmission and that they needed 2k in cash to begin. It would cost $3,900. They could not accept credit because "their machines were down".
