My husband is currently a resident and has been for 2 1/2 years at Ravenwood Memory Care facility. I have had previous experiences with OTHER residential assisted living and memory care facilities with my dad and my brother in Springfield, Mo.In my opinion, Ravenwood Memory Care facility is one of the best that you could place your loved one into their care. I had to remove my dad from one of the other (to remain nameless)facility after 2 months due to lack of proper care, contributing to his sooner than expected death. My b... read more

I say it is overpriced because they couldn’t pay people to endure the lack of care this place provides. While there are some well intentioned individuals working at Ravenwood, many there are not. Call lights go unanswered and assisting seems to be a look in the door before moving on to the next room. The aides are required to do so many non resident centered duties such as cleaning, working in the dining room each mealtime, laundry, and who knows what else.
