New gated community, still building houses. The floor plans are dreamy a bit pricey but worth it.
We also have been dealing with problems regarding inappropriate repair and response from the homecare people. Our house is almost at the 1 year mark and very few of the repairs have been done. Most of the missing repairs were from the initial walkthrough. What's even worse is that we've been contacting them regarding a possible gas leak for several weeks with no response. Today we called the gas company who came to investigate and found that there's a leak with the water heating unit and deemed the water heater too dangerous... read more
