Delivery driver for Instacart brought groceries to the door, and within literally 2 minutes, a tow truck picked up their car. They charged them $260 to drop it. This place is a scam, and there is no adequate parking for delivery drivers, guests, or tenants. Would not recommend to an enemy.
Prior to approximately 2004, (1997 my move in year). You had to be a home owner to live in these Trailer courts. For many years, these courts were a community all its pwn. Management and residents all on the same page. I moved here because of its community. management. and it's maintenance crew. Here to help this handicap resident when it was too hard for her. Do not rent from these people. They absolutely don't care about their tenants. We moved into a three-bedroom home that they claimed was move-in ready. Here's what they considered move-in ready: broken kitchen drawers, a busted "brand new" stove and fridge, scuffed floors, kicked-in doors, water damage, a rotting deck, a leaking sink, standing water in a "brand new" dishwasher, and cords sticking out of the floors.
