It was a pleasure to have Jon be the 2nd assigned appraiser to a house I was selling in Cockeysville. This house wasnt your cookie cutter home and needed someone who could be creative and make appropriate adjustments for the home. After dealing with the first appraiser who wouldnt even turn in a report...answer his phone...or respond more than 2 word via email...Jon was a rockstar! Highly recommend!
