Great experience. My landlord Elizabeth was responsive and could easily communicate with her.
Hands down, this is probably one of the best places to live in Ithaca. I had an amazing time while here and enjoyed all the amenities. The environment was beautiful, my landlord Elizabeth was responsive, and any issues I had were easily addressed. I highly recommend especially since the price was very affordable!

They deleted my old review so I’ll post a shorter one again: they steal your security deposit and promise a clean apartment at move in but do not deliver on it. Maintenance is fast but management is incredibly disrespectful. It’s not cheap and it’s far from campus, do yourself a favor and avoid if possible. Date of stay: 2021-2022 school year
