AVOID - They do not care about their patients! I had an appointment scheduled months in advance and they just called to cancel my appointment stating they are no longer accepting new clients. It would have been nice to know this at the time of scheduling my appointment! It’s not easy finding a rheumatologist in my area that accepts my insurance. I’m extremely disappointed with how unprofessional and heartless this office is. Calling to deny my appointment months after making it is completely unacceptable.
What a pleasant surprise an incredible experience meeting Dr Jain. Friendly, compassionate, and thoroughly professional only scratch the surface of the experience I had here which contrasts so starkly with other doctors I've dealt with recently. Staff is top-notch, especially Therese who is both enthusiastic and caring while also being thoroughly professional. I can't recommend this practice more highly.
