I want to share some feedback about my recent experiences at this dental practice. Across three different appointments, the provider asked about my ethnicity—once during my first visit, again at a later appointment, and then a third time during a separate visit. While asking about a patient’s background once can make sense in a medical or administrative context, being asked the same question repeatedly over multiple appointments felt unnecessary, irrelevant, and uncomfortable. 자주 이사를 다니며 여러 치과를 다녀봤지만, 이곳이 단연 최고입니다. 오래된 브리지 관리에 대해 김 원장님께서 처음으로 자세하고 친절하게 설명해 주셨고, 치료비도 합리적이었습니다. 불필요한 치료를 권하지 않고 먼저 꼼꼼한 클리닝 후 경과를 보자고 하셔서 더욱 신뢰가 갔습니다. 과잉진료 없는, 믿고 맡길 수 있는 정말 좋은 치과입니다.
Amazing experience here! I had a cracked teeth with severe pain constantly which other dentists would have to check and wait for several months, where Dr.Siew diagnosed and extracted for me without any uncomfortable experience. And it was even on a Christmas Eve. I cannot describe how thankful but he saved my life
