Staff is really nice and friendly! He remembers you each time and makes sure to acknowledge you. I have had a few instances where I took my lottery tickets in to cash, I didn't pay attention to the amount which was my fault and got ripped on them. I knew the amount one time and when I asked because I didn't get that amount, I was told it was less that I had won. I thought maybe it was just me but I don't think it was.
