Never come to this place in your life they had to do 4 shocks on a lift setup so even easier just top bolts and bottom bolts I watched guys do it in 30 mins on Facebook l. First time I came in had ro measure shocks to order them than when come back says everything was siezed and tried charging me 770$ for just labour on the shocks posted below? My husband initially took his truck to this company’s sister shop in Edmonton. While the sister shop did complete the work, they were negligent, which ended up causing even more damage to the point where the truck wasn’t safe to drive. The Grande Prairie shop went above and beyond to make it right. He popped in to just ask a few questions, not expecting them to offer to work on it that day. Not a bad thing to say about this place. Need it, they can get it, need it installed, they get it done. They have been great working around my schedule, and I love that I can make a call and parts get ordered and installed when I have time, it's never "Yeah we are booking between Thursday and Friday of June 2029". They will always do their best to get you in. That matters. And Joel is never afraid to give his opinion if he thinks there is something that will be a better solution, and in my experience his opinion has saved me... read more
I wouldnt even give a star at all if it was an option. The boss is very rude to his employees and yells at them infront of customers if they ask for help. He is very unprofessional and not respectful. 10 out of 10 do not recommend going here.
