Loooooovvveeed my hair cut. Got my first ever curly haircut by Gladys and my hair feels alive and light. I love how she went into detail on how to maintain my curls and answered questions for me before I even asked. Will be going back for my next maintenance :) <3

I’m very disappointed with my appointment with Armando. The hair color came out much darker than what we discussed and looked nothing like the inspiration photo we agreed on. The haircut was also not what I asked for—it’s about two inches shorter than we talked about and noticeably uneven. It was cut at a downward angle with the front left longer, which I did not request. During the appointment, the front sections were constantly pulled forward, and I was never shown the back with a mirror. That felt intentionally misleading... read more

Jenna had cut my hair, I usually don’t get haircuts due to hair loss and thinning. Thought it was finally time and Jenna was amazing! She listened to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable.
