Their tech blew out the valve on my gas meter, causing natural gas to spew out of the meter, loud as an airplane, for about an hour. Filling my house and yard, endangering me, my animals, my tenant. Black Hills tech was adamant the Raven tech caused this – he showed me the nut with fresh tool marks – from the back of the meter. This nut should NEVER be touched.
