Worst place to live not to mention the elevator been broke since June 2025. Don’t waste your money!
WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. They don't answer the phone EVER! You are going to go through so many different issues with no one working to fix them. You will be wasting money, and it won't be worth it. I'm warning you along with the other reviews... RUN FAST!
If you care about yourself at all, PLEASE do not live here. I beg. It's a scary place health & safety wise. There are extreme water & humidity issues. Watch your wellbeing especially if you have kids, pets, or spend time at home often. No one responds in a timely manner & some maintenance requests are ignored. The ‘affordable’ rent will have you paying with your health. I was extremely sick to the point of not being able to get out of bed. this place SUCKS!!! I lived here for 2 years and they were the WORST years ever. The building is not kept well: outside keypad is always BROKEN, elevators are constantly out of order, the package area is NOT secure so your stuff gets STOLEN, the cieling is LEAKY, bug INFESTATIONS that remain untreated, and so much more. Management sucks!: management NEVER RESPONDS, emergency maintenance number does NOT WORK, and I’ve been moved out for several months now and am STILL WAITING ON MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND.
