Very unprofessional office especially Erika. I was told by Erika I could not have a copy. Of my medical records which the VA has requested 3 times and still not received. Per Erika Dr Modisette handles the record request because it's her practice and she is a self boss and to call back on Tues 01/09/24. Even after I told her this is time sensitive. This practice doesn’t return calls or honor appointments. The practitioner is never in and they fail to let their patients know even all the way up until appointment time. Don’t waste your time here.
Heed the reviews and go anywhere but to Raven Modisette , she will take your money, lie to you and give you the runaround. And don’t expect them to return calls/messages. Professional con artist at this establishment! You’ve been warned… 🤷🏾♀️ DO NOT COME HERE EVER even if you have to drive an hour away to get the same services
