So disappointed. I'm a disabled veteran. I've been trying to get an employee accomodation email since Monday. I told them that it was time sensitive and was needed by today. She assured that it would be emailed to me THAT NIGHT. Didn't happen. Sent a message in the portal. No response. Called her office and was told MULTIPLE TIMES that it would be sent that same day over three different days. Called today and was told I'd be getting a call back. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE !! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE !! I have been calling this office since Nov 2023. I called today and my information still has not been faxed to the VA. The VA has also reached out via mail several times and Erica, who is the most unprofessional Receptionist in Texas, stated they still have not sent the record. I expressed the urgency each time I called and every time I get a different excuse. Erica's sorry, unprofessional self would not answer any of my questions and then she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional office especially Erika. I was told by Erika I could not have a copy. Of my medical records which the VA has requested 3 times and still not received. Per Erika Dr Modisette handles the record request because it's her practice and she is a self boss and to call back on Tues 01/09/24. Even after I told her this is time sensitive. This practice doesn’t return calls or honor appointments. The practitioner is never in and they fail to let their patients know even all the way up until appointment time. Don’t waste your time here.
