Dori was a terrible communicator. It took her days to reach out for me to schedule. Then she did not confirm the appointment time. When I reached out to confirm the appointment time proactively, No response. When I got to the salon she said the appointment was scheduled for earlier???!!! I entered the appointment in my calendar and tried multiple times to confirm. Get organized, Dori. I will be going to another salon that has better communication.
Super cute and cozy studio! I saw Vanessa and she was amazing. I'm on a grow out journey, and she took time to understand my needs and wants, and made great suggestions on how to work with my length. I'll definitely be back again
