I was a guest at a wedding here. It was an extraordinary experience.
This is an incredible gem. Cathy is a dynamo chef and will make your event really special. The lodge is absolutely unique and every antique has a story. Definitely great for a real Alaskan wedding. The outside canopy is perfect with the river nearby and stately forest grounds.
I hate that I'm writing this but I seriously hope if you are considering having your wedding here, look the other way. Or better yet, read the other 1 or 2 star reviews. Because there is a negative pattern here that I can personally confirm. My now wife and I were looking to get married here and as I have been to this venue before as a wedding-goer, I had a blast and wanted that in our wedding.
