Made a Thursday appointment for my pickup a week ahead of time, they didn't get it in the shop until Monday. That was frustrating, but I was willing to look past it. They determined I needed a new turbo, I told them to go ahead and make the order. They informed me it would be in the middle of the next week and they would call me. Never got a phone call. Sorry we couldnt get to you and our apologies for our lack of communication. Definitely trying to improve that. We did receive your turbo here when we ordered it for you, just couldnt free up to get you in. We have been pretty backed up lately and sorry you had a time frame before we could get you in. Its strange you found the doors locked up, we must of stepped out for lunch or something. Sorry we missed you but we hope the dealership got you taken care of and on your way! Have a good one!
The RDP team is awesome. Very knowledgeable on all things diesel and their quality of work is great. I will definitely be back if I need to.
