We have lived in Ravello for the past seven years. Lexington management has from the beginning been cooperative and responsive to all our needs. The apartments and grounds are well maintained, snow removal is quick and effective. The few repairs we have needed over the years have been very fast. Should we ever need to move we will be looking at Lexington properties first.
15 month update, upstairs neighbors had more than allowed people and there was never a time when they were not loud. Don’t expect your deposit back. Brand new furnace filter but still got charged. Washed carpet still got charged. Place was spotless. Mice in garage. Dumpster area is disgusting and usually unsafe, waited till Monday to dump garbage. 5 day notice to vacate if you don’t pay water bill. Cold and unfriendly once lease is signed.
