Have been looking around the Frisco area for an apartment and Rebecca helped me when I walked in. She showed me three or four apartments, was really detailed on showing me everything and talking about the building and amenities. Really nice place and am definitely considering to call this home! I went in a couple of weeks ago as my family and I were looking to find a new space to rent to be closer to my job . I walked in and was able to get a tour of the facility immediately with Rebecca . She was great and showed me everything it had to offer as well as the townhouse options they had. Having a family of 3 , space is important for us . We needed a short term lease while our home is being renovated and Ravello has delivered a great experience. Rebecca provided an exceptional touring experience and helped us find the perfect unit. Jennifer helped us complete the move-in process with ease, and the maintenance team has been quick to respond to the few minor issues we've had. Excellent experience across the board.
