I was charged over the price of rent after it was time to move out. I was was nickeled and dimed for literally every single thing they possibly could have charged for.. I’ve rented from several apartments and have never had that issue. The staff was great. The gates don’t work sometimes. disappointed in the lack of integrity when it was time to move out. I took exceptional care of my place.
This place will charge you way over the price of rent after you move out. They’ll charge you a cleaning fee nickel and dime you for literally every single thing they possibly can just to squeeze more money out of you. Crappy business. I’ve rented from several apartments and have never had that issue. Sure some charges , but over $1,500 dollars ? My house was clean and I took excellent care of that place with no pets or kids. I recently toured Ravello, I will be for sure submitting my application. The staff was amazing and friendly and the Community looks nice and I can't wait to call Ravello my next home.
While me and my roommate ended up not moving into this complex, it was of no fault to this place or the people who work in it. the place looked clean, the outside presentation looked beautiful. The inside of the 2 bed and 2 bath apartment was spacious and kept-up. Jennavive was nothing but kind and courteous with us during the tour we had, as well as with any follow-up questions that we may have had, as well as providing us with updates on availability.
