We’ve been living here for the last couple of years, and unfortunately, it’s been going downhill. Maintenance requests take a long time, and you’re never given an estimated completion date. Even after bringing concerns to the office manager, Gena, I was simply told to wait since it wasn’t considered an emergency. Ravello has been my home for quite some time! The current leasing office and management have been by far the BEST staff to ever manage our property. They are always so friendly, positive, approachable, and not only care about us but care about our pets too! They go above and beyond to entertain and bring everyone together to feel community here. A HUGE shout out to Carlos with maintenance who is always ready to repair, very friendly, and professional!!! Thank you Team Ravello!
I have seen this complex continue to decline; gated community where the gates don’t work half the time. Maintenance being the worst in the industry. Yes there is now a monthly “lunch with the manager” & “spin the wheel” for a chance at $20 gift card, when what we want is working appliances & safety.
There are a few downfalls to these apartments. First, is that the maintenance is not very responsive and probably the worse I’ve ever experienced considering the price I pay to live here. Second, the pool is too small for a complex this big. Third, they don’t keep up with the lawn as they should and don’t blow the grass away so it get’s inside and lastly there is something wrong with the electrical system.
