Unprofessional and zero respect for patients' time. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 1:30 PM with Dr. Claudia Ravins. I arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told there was already a 1.5-hour delay. When I asked for a status update at 2:00 PM, I was informed that the total wait would be at least 2 hours. The most ridiculous part was the staff's attitude; they acted as if this was normal, stating that it "is generally like that for this doctor."
