I hired rave pools for a pool opening May 23rd 2026 and then a pool cleaning one week later. They did open the pool and clean it so they get 2 stars for that. Where I'm unhappy is that they didn't clean up after themselves. They left the cover out (they should've put it back in the pool shed), they left the plugs all over ground so I had to hunt them down (I think I'm still missing one). They charged me for a bunch of chemicals which included 3 chlorine tablets except that there were no chlorine tabs in the baskets and they ... read more

Response to Rave Pools: I'm confused and concerned by your response because I followed up for the filter quote twice since it was first mentioned to me and I did not receive it. If anything, each time I asked it was as if it was the first time I was bringing this up. The comment on having a similar experience with another pool company is an absolute lie.
