My first visit to Rave was a surprising and wonderful experience... Recommended by a friend, I had the 3 courses.. a shot of something, a beautiful refreshing watermelon tea and then a delicious tasty crunchy ferrero protein smoothie... I was full until lunchtime. So impressed. So delicious.
Was introduced to rave nutrition bar by my boyfriend who’s a long term patron and initially I was skeptical of the benefits of the drinks themselves initially. However upon returning and doing the three step program of aloe shot, tea and smoothie I felt so refreshed hydrated and little to no sugar cravings the rest of the day. Rave Nutrition offers delicious and healthy drinks that always hit the spot! Their shakes are packed with flavour. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which adds to the great atmosphere. However, service can be really slow. The workers tend to chat a lot with customers, which is nice for creating a friendly vibe but not ideal if you’re in a rush. Tagged along another colleague to visit this place which I had been following for the longest time on Instagram. I was asked if It was my first time I said yes. Selected three drinks and had them all loved them all. $20 for smoothies is premium, you need to educate consumers right in the beginning for what are they paying the cost. There could be someone visiting for the first time but only for smoothies and not the Tea.
