I love love love this place. I wish there was more locations. I recommend the v.i.p it's FABULOUS
We went to see Jungle Book and watched from the VIP area. It was awesome! We ate dinner, popcorn, and the seats were great. Our server, Sarah, was polite, attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our evening. Thanks Sarah!
We go to the movies quite a bit; a frequent visitor of this theater. We used to love this place. Not so much any more. We have often paid the extra money for the above 18 premium seating. This theater absolutely needs a refresh. The premium seating area is trashed. The leather seats are split and tore up. Looks absolutely horrible. Many seats are broken. The overall theater experience was okay, this is why I rated it fair and not poor. If I could give it 1 1/2 stars I would. The concession staff seemed to have no clue what they were doing back there, and no customer service skills whatsoever!! The girl that took our order was clueless, she didn't know anything on the menu, so I'm assuming she was new. First, I wanted to purchase a collectors star wars cup, well, they were out of them.
