Terrible customer service, lazy staff, owner ok with staff closing early.
This laundromat is awful. The lady who works there at night refuses to let anyone dry their clothes even though it says last wash is at 6pm. I showed up at 5:57pm to dry my clothes and she wouldn’t let me in. I’ve been there before around 4:30pm and she’s already blocking the doors and starting to clean up. I understand closing duties and stuff but if the sign says last wash is at 6pm why is she refusing service? She’s not very pleasant to interact with either.
John was an absolute legend helping me get up and running as someone from out of town! And he was constantly cleaning/maintaining the machines so it's no wonder this is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen in my life!
