Rave was a great experience for a first time car buyer, helped be through all the troubles and the results have been incredible!
Bought a 4 runner from here that was “fully serviced before sale” with multiple major parts that were “just replaced, new” and after many inspections I paid for it just plain was not the case . They sold it with new tires ($1000 value add) that were the wrong size and when I called about it the owner said condescendingly “what you’ve never had oversized tires before?” .. oversized tires and incorrectly sized tires are not the same thing. Out of all the dealers my friend and I have gone to, this was the far BEST ONE. My friend and I have dealt with such pushy dealers in the past month and half (Ex, trying to make my friend sign on a paper without showing him any details of a car). However, the employees at Rave Auto were all so friendly and honest. They let you drive the car first to see if there is anything wrong with it. They make sure to fix it before you are comfortable buying the car. I HIGHLY recommend this business for anyone who is looking for a car.
Christopher was amazing! Talked to me about what I was looking for, really listened to what I said (which doesnt always happen when you're a woman on a used car lot), and got me into a great car in my budget thats going to work great for my commute! Listened to my concerns, fixed a minor issue noticed on the test drive. Gabe (the owner) worked with us on price. They even offered a warrantee! This is by far the most positive experience with car buying I have ever had!! Highly recommend!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Here’s an even keel review of this place. In short, they sold me a car that immediately needed costly repairs because the dealership failed to get the car up-to-date on its maintenance schedule. I worked with Chris as my salesman and he did a fantastic job communicating and working with me to get the sale done. No complaints there.
