I recently made a call to this company and spoke to a young lady who not only informed me that they are not a management company but they do not do real estate and they do not have any rentals ... She then hung up on me ...all of this because i sound like a black guy...i am a liscensed contractor and am looking to pay rent annually ...this is the weirdest situation I've ever gone through and this is by far the worst business I've ever come in contact with ...run for the hills
