While the staff were quite nice onsite, follow-up over the phone was superior and remedial. She was defensive and demeaning and refused to allow me to get any resolution. She NEVER seemed to care at all that I was a customer of theirs. And she certainly didn't care whether I ever come back or recommend them. My meal was atrocious. The only thing I can recommend is the garlic dressing. I sent my steak back and it came out still undercooked and so stringy with fat that I only ate about half of it. Best Local Italian every employee appreciation day we have Ravenelli's. They have the best salads and pasta dishes. this always one we recommend over and over again.
Try to leave room for dessert This place is fantastic. The food and service are great. The portions are large and prices are very reasonable. Their desserts are unbelievable. It's a challenge to make it to dessert, so either go just for that or take some home. All the pies are wonderful and the carrot cake has also been recommended.
Excellent The food here is great, the service is great, its a very nice place to eat. The prices are maybe a tad higher than your ponderosas and apple bees but it is definitely worth it. The fried chicken is the best thing on their menu.
