While the staff were quite nice onsite, follow-up over the phone was superior and remedial. She was defensive and demeaning and refused to allow me to get any resolution. She NEVER seemed to care at all that I was a customer of theirs. And she certainly didn't care whether I ever come back or recommend them. My meal was atrocious. The only thing I can recommend is the garlic dressing. I sent my steak back and it came out still undercooked and so stringy with fat that I only ate about half of it.
