Dr. Raval is a Great knowledgeable doctor. The only negative side is the wait time. 4 hrs until you be seen is just too long. That is the only negative thing I can say.
Dr Raval is the most knowledgeable and caring Doctor we’ve ever had. We highly recommend him! He takes the time to listen to you and ensure your health needs are taken care. He will refer you to a specialist when appropriate. We have been with Dr Raval since he opened his clinic and neither one of us have any negative comments about him. We are extremely blessed to have him as our primary doctor. Dr Raval, we appreciate you and thank you for always taking care of us.
i wouldnt recommend him to anyone
I love dr Raval and the staff. I have been coming here for over 10 years. He genuinely cares about his patients. Guess what - that takes time. So, if you have to wait, myself included, it’s ok. You will receive the best care. I get frustrated sometimes too but I will feel comfortable knowing that I received the best care possible. You can’t please everyone!!! They need to get over themselves and appreciate what a genuine doctor he is. The staff is very helpful too.
The problem I have is appointments mean nothing at this office. I have a standing appointment at one o'clock on Mondays and Thursdays for an allergy shot that takes less than ten minutes. I asked all three nurses who have given me the shot if one o'clock is a good time, because they were late and they said yes ,but I have had to wait several times, because they went to lunch during my scheduled appointment, making me thirty to forty minutes waiting. This is wrong and inconsiderate and deliberate
I personally like Dr Raval. He sincerely cares for his patience and listens to your problems. The problem is with His staff they are incompetent. They do not follow orders. Also no one answers the phone, or calls back. I have been there many of times, and it does not seem that the staff is very busy. They could answer some of the phone calls, or at least return patients calls.
Dr. Raval is nice and friendly, but I'm not sure if patient is primary concern.
I have been to him a few times now and i think he is a great doctor. he listens to you and fast on takeing care of what has to be done. the office staff is nice also. the place is clean and you can get a fast appointment. i would recommend him to my friends etc.
Terrible service. You will always have to wait an insane amount of time, appointment or not. The staff is very rude. After you wait forever to be seen, you will receive little to no actual help. Theyre all about money and will find reasons to make appointments for the smallest things. Paying for a whole separate visit for him to read test results to you just to tell you everythings negative or everythings fine. Or they don't even call you back to let you know they have the results! I will never
