The entire company is a joke. They don't want to get paid. I've called 3 times today and no one picks up the phone after making you listen to waiting music for 10 minutes. To whoever owns this company- fire everyone because its obvious your staff are so incompetent they don't answer the phone or return messages from personal experience and reading these reviews. Let the big boys collect debts lol
This place is horrible. I received a payoff letter in the mail with a pay schedule attached. The first pay off date was the 22nd. On the 6th they froze my account. They sent a payoff letter without honoring it. I called and of course they apologized and extended the time for payoff but no one can tell me when they will send something to the bank to unfreeze my account. I’m going to report them to the BBB. Completely unacceptable.

I can't ever get in touch with someone about my account. They won't call you. You have to keep trying to call them. I think they do it on purpose!
