I have been paying a debt for the last year through this firm. Sadly I just abruptly lost my job and was very concerned I wouldn’t be able to afford my upcoming payments. I called today and spoke with the most kind woman named Leah. She honestly really cared about what I was going through and adjusted my future payments to make them more affordable. I’ve had an insurmountable of trouble with them trying to settle my moms debts. Terrible customer service, the lady was very rude, it took 4 calls and a month for them to even submit a settlement offer. Then when they approved they blatantly lied and said that they sent letters confirming when they hadn’t and attempted to get me to pay without a written letter at which point I was told that they might not be able to keep the settlement. Stay away at all costs.
