Do not buy a house through this builder! There was a gas leak in my house for over 4 months due to them never properly inspecting my home prior to me moving in. I am shocked they’re still in business. Not to mention all of the other issues they’ll cause you along with your own health. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I’ve moved in and my grass and driveway looked this the day I moved in- do not buy from them
