Went to get my manicures done but the "manicurist" was so rough she snipped my skin as she was removing my cuticles. Blood started oozing out and I was just so shocked something so unprofessional could happen I just left the place...
Not worth the $ – Had a mini spa day at Raun last weekend, started with a massage (which was great) and followed by a mani/pedi. The gal who did my mani/pedi worked very slowly and when we got to painting my nails, she was already 10 minutes late to her next appointment--when notified by the receptionist, she instantly started to rush through, putting on very thick globs of polish on my fingers and then stuck me under the dryer (and did not tell me how long to sit there or set a timer as other techs did for their clients).
