It’s so bad. Bad service, bad food, bad atmosphere, all around sad. Place used to be awesome, the world got the best of it. Don’t waste your money, I’m doing you a favor.
I have eaten here before, the food is great, prices are also decent. But the service…… there’s tons of open tables, we asked to sit outside where there was 3 empty tables. She said we may forget about you over there. A second girl came to take our order, it had been over 15 minutes and we left. It was not busy I’m not sure why we seemed like we were an inconvenience but I won’t return.
Absolutely The Best Salsa I have ever had with Chips!! The service was fantastic both time I have been!!
I truly cannot express more disappoint with this place. I used to frequent here more than twice a week 2014-2017 and it was phenomenal. If I return it will be for 5$ Thursday margarita only. I stopped in today for a SNACK. I turned down the $5.50 chips.. though now I question if that’s more than advertised as well. Raul’s website is Facebook. Great. The food was flavorless. The rice was hard and dehydrated. Two tacos, with 7 or 8 tiny pieces of meat, and only lettuce and tomato, for $20. no seasoning, no sauce, and no sour cream, which were all listed on the menu as included but weren't. Just dry meat with wet lettuce. waited 30+ minutes with the card in the check, and had to get up and flag the waitress down. Unfortunately will not be coming back. I wanted to like it.
