Poor, everything but waitress. Salsa watery, tomato tasing dull, guacamole strings and hard pieces in it. Burrito was smaller than taco bell and not much better (for$19) bad rice and beans, even though I don't like taco bell(or chains in general) there's are better. Taco salad not terrible but not good.
Disappointed the last few times I was here. Service was always hit or miss. The place was empty the last time we were there so service was great, but the food was meh. $10.99 for a small bowl of chips with salsa is crazy when most other MX restaurants we go to it's complimentary. I used to really enjoy this place when in the area. I hope they turn it around.
This was my second time here both times I got the same server Courtney she was amazing! My drink was spot on the food was ok but took forever . The reason I will not be going back is my server gave me silverware and a couple napkins like all restaurants do but the guy that called himself the kitchen manager came and took the napkins away from me and said sorry only 1 napkins per customer they are to expensive . I was so embarrassed and mostly embarrassed for my server . I will not be returning .

Raul’s is a sure thing, great margaritas, delicious food, awesome chips and salsa. One of my favorite restaurants. ***** UPDATE 2025-something has happened at Raul’s and the experience/food has taken a downward turn. It makes me sad because it was one of my favorite restaurants.
