Great doctor and staff
Raul Santos a cardiologist zero bedside manner. He didn't introduce himself and didn't take the time to explain what he was testing for - he just ordered the tests. On the return visit to review the outcome of the tests - I was left with little or no explanation of the results.
Doctor is awesome billing department of baylor scott needs to be sued to be honest I wa charged twice once from my debit card other time from my FSA, they kept denying they have received any cheque from my FSA and i was asked to pay using debit card, later they took payment from FSA as well. So to fix this bill they returned payment of fsa which is now again i have to claim for it. Either you should not have accepted payment at first place or refunded to debit card. Billing department of Baylor scott is worst.
