I have been to this clinic a handful of times and always got great services. The nursing staff was very hospitable and Dr Rivera was very frank and direct with my diagnosis.

Zero stars..... Very unprofessional and rude. He doesn't have no empathy with his patients. He engages in inappropriate personal conversations with patients. When doctor is confronted of his unprofessional work ethic he claims he is being direct with his patients. A doctor should NOT make their patients feel belittle, insecure and intimidated. Do not waste your time or do not send your loved ones with Raul Rivera.

After reading and seeing the low rating on this office I am not shocked to see that I am not the only one that felt uneased about this Doctor's office. I scheduled an annual visit recently. When I got to the office, they wanted to charge me their $95 office fee since I had a deductible to meet. I had to inform them that I was very well aware of what my insurance covers and that an annual check up should be covered 100% by my insurance.
