Not happy at all with his service. The nurses are great, but Dr. Montalvo is not polite. He always feels rushed and won't listen to our concerns.
Dr. Montalvo has been an excellent physician. I was fortunate to find him after a terrible experience with the previous physician. It is safe to say I have always felt respected and cared for. When I expressed any health observation or concern, I feel heard by the doctor and never have been made to feel like my concerns should be minimized. He listens carefully and communicates clearly.
